Life Physio & Rehab is a private, outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation practice, providing hands-on, one-on-one treatment for our patients.

In our clinic, all treatment is performed by registered physiotherapist, massage therapist, and acupuncturist. We don’t employ assistants or aides. We offer a variety of services to fit your physical therapy needs. No matter your condition, chronic or acute, we will work to heal your injury and improve your fitness level to avoid future injuries.

All of our physical therapy sessions are conducted in a setting where you are free to ask your therapist any questions you may have about your condition or the prescribed treatment. Through wellness and fitness-oriented programs, physical therapists can prevent or minimize injuries or disability. We use a variety of treatment techniques to improve motion, reduce pain and restore function.
